• Schedule as far in advance as possible because space is always limited.

  • Answer questions thoroughly to receive the most accurate quote.

  • Review your invoice upon arrival of the movers to make sure you are in agreement with the policies and procedures before the move begins.

  • Be prepared to render your payment at the beginning of your unload. No furniture will be unloaded from the moving truck until payment is made.

  • Be prepared for the movers by making sure all of your boxes are packed and taped shut.

  • Label your boxes with their destination at your new address so that the movers do not have to ask where you want each box to be placed.

  • If possible, place all boxes in a central location.

  • Avoid using damaged boxes so that they do not rupture during transport.

  • Tell us ahead of time of any additional stops that need to be made so that your price will not have to increase in order to accommodate you.

  • Consider the travel time from one address to the other when deciding on the appropriate package for you.

  • If your move is rather large consider a package that is not billed according to hours.
